African American women are 32% more likely to die of breast cancer due to lack of early detection of the disease. The partnership between NJ 211and the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Central and South Jersey Affiliate is determined to change that statistic. NJ residents are urged to call NJ 211 to learn more about community resources for early detection and find out if they are eligible for free mammograms.
